NTech USA is the new name for JDC Electronic USA, and we honor all warranty issued under JDC USA. The name change is simply an administative one, to distinguish ourselves from the Swiss company, JDC Electronic SA.
All JDC products are warranted to one year from purchase date. A copy of receipt may be required for service. Warranty does not cover accidental or purposeful misuse or abuse. Many issues can be resolved via e-mail or phone. DO NOT return a unit to JDC until after receiving a Return Authorization number. If unit is found to be damaged rather than defective, a quote will be given for repair.
Shipping to NTech USA is a cost of the consumer, however NTech USA will ship returned item for free (via ground shipment) if under warranty. We recommend making sure you can track a package sent to NTech USA, so we discourage regular first class postage. Please allow a week for delivery, and include the return form you will be sent (or include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, nature of problem, and RA number. A copy of your receipt may be required).
